Moose,
Yesterday I did get some seat time after the dyno jet installation(more than the usual test ride in the big field by the house) and discovered mine has a little flat spot down low also on the throttle as well. Seems like it is loading up a bit just putting around, but once you take it past maybe 1/4 to 1/3 throttle and start burning the gas, it runs like a scalded dog and pulls way through the power band. It seems a little richer than my last setup, but I'll live with it for now until I read something better, or maybe turn the airscrews in a little.

I had the same prob with my Dyno Jet kit. They told me to put the needles on the third position instead of the 4th. It cleared it right up. Ran Great after that. Read my other recently listed post for my latest finding on the dyno jey kit.
