Ding!Ding!Ding!Break it boy,s. Your not really helping nothin with the problem I got goin on here. A 686 kit was the next step in my "fix it till it,s broke" tuning process. But until then I have to work out this problem. So what you guys are telling me is that there is no way that I can have the both of best worlds? I do love big bottom but heavy top is good to. I dont know what the fork to do. Tomorrow I get to play around with it a bit so maybe I can work something out?????? So it is tottally useless to fork with the pilots?Anymore info would be appreciated.

By the way. The ct pipe stays but trinity were by far the most helpful.

Spacollie- Does your headpipe have a red glow at night? I am still running the factory pilots in mine but i need to bump up a size. I ordered them just not had the time to install. I like to argue myself becuase done right some useful info comes from it. Ctraptor is new to the board and has posted crap on some of my threads, cause he does not know squat. When people post guesses as facts, bad info circlates and wrong choices can be made. Not hard to spend alot of $$$ bad choices.

14 min. I do not do a great deal of night riding cause of fact of trying to work this out for the past 2 weeks. As I said, before the holes it pulled like a bastard from bottom right through. I have noticed recently discoloration from where the exhaust pipes mount to the head pipe[since the holes were drilled].

14 mins, is that 686 kit worth the cash? Honestly, is it a real arm jerker? The truth would be nice as canadian funds are 500 times more than u.s. I want something that is border line psycotic but still reliable.

I had this exact same problem!! what you got to do is wait till you see a "Bombardier DS 650 engine for sale" on ebay and purchase that bad mother, throw that in your engine bay and hold on, cause she's gonna rip like no other Raptor around.

LOL!! I dont know squat, I think your the one that doesn't know squat, seriously dude YOU 14mins need tech. support do you not know how to do it yourself... sad. Oh and yes I own my raptor... wait a sec, make that three.

and spacollie when you get those pilot jets, try jetting 150/155, or 155/160 w/the snorkel off, if this wont help you may need those 152.5,157.5,162.5 mikuni jets. But if I was you I would say, off with the snorkel and do the 155/160. You know those pilot jets only parcially stop the poping when you let off the throttle though right?

Oh and another thing if you gonna go bigger on your cylinder, I would recomend getting the Curtis Sparks 690 or CT Hi-Output 680 kit. Not only will you get it for cheaper, and not only will you have higher H.P. numbers, But you don't have to hide the fact that you have a slow *** quad.

Guys, if I do remove the snorkel from the air box, do I just let the vent hose for the crank case hang there or do I have to plumb it in to my air box someway.

Hey spacollie, your gonna need to call dave at CT and buy a crankcase breather filter. It's like $15 and it just clamps in the tube. That's the best way to do it, but you can probably rig it up into the intake tubes, but I wouldn't recomend it.

And as for airraptor, you can goto hell, your not in this conversation. You are just getting all offensive because I somewhat said you have a POS quad. You know and if you Trinity guys are so smart why do you have to call them to ask how to fix what you screwed up? And some legit answers dude... "Dump the CT pipe" heh you guys just don't know quality and preformence when you see it.

Some of us told him how to fix his problem and the Trinity owners are just whinning.

And another thing if you guys that own trinity stuff, just keep you mouths shut, Nobody would have problems with there quads. You guys just have low preformence parts, and that's when the conflict's start.
