I was out on my 600 Grizzly last night and the fan never came on once. It usually doesn't take much to get it to kick in so there is a problem. I assume it's either the thermostatic switch or the actual fan but not too sure how to check. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

 

Get a multi meter and check for voltage to the wires going to the fan itself. If those are dead then you'll have to look for a bad sensor, wire or ground. Make sure no water has gotten in the fan, and nothing is jamming it.
