You can buy the PE38 keihins from denniskirk.com. They only problem is they don't have an accelerator pump, which helps 4-strokes. I would look to the 39mm FCR, expensive but good, or the new edelbrock or lectron. Most of these are available from performance shops like FTZ, FST, Trinity, and others.
