Gearing changes?

Stock gearing for a Rator is 3.076 13/40 sprockets. How do you calculate in for tire size? 18" 20" 22" etc?
Stock tire size is 20" If a person was to change tire size that also changes the gearing. How do you calculate the tire size in with the sprockets to get an accurate gearing for your setup? TIA

Your right about the gear ratio. Nacs says its 3.08. Chaging the tire size does not change the gearing, but we all know that a taller tire will create higher speeds. I see that your running 22" tires! It probably has a very minimum affect. Call the guys and NACs and see if they can explain it to you. (845) 246-3086

Yes, I understand that the gearing doesn't change. A 12/42 sprocket set is 3.50 13/40 a 3.076 etc. But when tire size is figured in, I was just wondering if there was a formula to do this. As I said and you as well, a different tire hieght will create different results just like changing the gearing.
