woodward dream cruise

hi guys,
this has nothing to due with quads, but i wanted to tell ya all bout the dream cruise of 2002.
in michigan, every year, there is a dream cruise on woodward ave. It is the biggest cruise in the world, making up about 1 1/2 million people every year on 1 day. every car known to man, and i do mean EVERY CAR, is represented there, and is worth any trip. this year i met 12 men who fly theres in from australlia. also, some rides from england, as well as all connecting country's.
this year, along with all the cars, alot of quads were represented as well.
the laws are strict, but not at all with what you are driving. i drove an old 3 wheel golf cart that we streched and finned, with a roll cage, 4 speaker sterio, connectiong trailer with 55 harly exhaust, 65 corvette tail lights, and 77 honda suspencion.
quads that i saw were mainly raptors in the back of trucks. i also noticed the police were driving polaris quads too. the police drive everything there( whatever they got in drug raids) from a t bucket, to a lotus, a fererri, a minivan, camarro's, a new vette, and alot of others.
so, if you'r ever in the detroit area on the 3rd weekend of augest, stop on by. you wont have a problem finding it either, lol. just follow the wild or classic cars. the cruise is about 10 miles long, 4 lanes on both sides, and is advertised for about a month before.
by the way, all major motorcycle dealers are there also. showing off the quads, bikes, and whatever lese thay can get into there ammount of space!!!

I watched it on the news I dont to crowds and dont have my dream car yet, someday I plan on restoring a 69 Camero myself! Some fool got married there and it was on the news why? what does a ball and chain have to do with classis cars anyway? That would be like flying out to Glamis to ride the Dunes and getting married too.
