A friend of mine told me that there is a way that I could adjust my carb to run more lean without changing the jets.Is this true? If so how do I adjust my carb to run leaner? Or is their a website that may provide me with this information. If it makes a difference I run an 11.25:1 piston, and a k&n filter. Thanx for the help.

The only way I know that would accomplish what you want is a Dial-a-Jet,it is an external add on that meters in extra fuel(or less) depending on how you set it up. You could start out jetting lean, add the Dial-a-Jet,and use it to fine-tune your jetting, depending on weather, altitude, etc. I think the web site is thunderproducts.com
