what are the best cheap tires to put on my warrior?

i was thinking about using chevron c828 but i do not know how they look on a rim with air, do they baloon, or stay flat/squared?

they will be used for everything from fine sand to pavement, to snow

so what tires would be best?

i do not want balloon tires or expensive ones.
