If you look at the rear swingarm on the Prairie and compare it to something like the one on the raptor or z400, it doesn't look as though there would be a big difference in weight.

I dont know about you guys but i think this new Kawasaki is going to be a rooster!! I am putting the superquad for sale this week and putting that money towards the first 700 that my dealer gets. I just hope that it comes in before the fourstroke wars in january. How do you guys think it will compare to the Raptor as far as a straight line goes?
How much do guys think the superquad is worth? I plan on starting with a price of 5 grand and go down from there if I need to. It doesn't have a motor right now, but I have 3 different engines that come along with it and two different frontends. One with shocks and one without. A person could build this thing into whatever he wanted. When i had the 500 motor in it, it would beat all of my buddies 400EXs and will probally beat a Raptor. The 115horsepower RC30 engine also comes with the package.
Thanks,
SirClip

I sold kawis for about 8 Years. Everytime they come otu with something that LOOKS like it is killer there is always somethning that they do to just kill it. This will be a nice quad no doubt but I do not think it will sell that well. It isnt pure sport it seems yet it isnt pure util or rec quad like. its like a scrambler. people will buy it but unless it has a light light frame it should be like 450+ lbs. Who knows it might be great.

Im keeping my Raptor. Also due to the fact that it is a Kawi I couldnt buy it. Nothing in the past 5-8 years has lived up to what hype Kawi has made of it. Hence the ZX12R. Oh it was a busa killer they said. Barely beat it stock and you cant build it up like a busa. So stock it beat it but that was it.

I hope it is different but it is kawi so Im not holding my breath

Sirclip lives where have ya been. Your selling the super quad c`mon I was looking forward to you running at FSW.

As far as the v-twin700 I see this as a dune crusier or sight seeing bike Dont try any of those banshee hills with the auto tranny youll get nothing but trouble.

Sirclip I sure hope your running a huge shot of n.o.s to even be able to compete at fsw on the kawi700. You could always go down to Cape Canaveral [sp] dressed in a turbun and demand a rocket engine but you probably wont get the reaction your looking for [lol]

I understand that, but it is very real. I didn't even know exactly what a RC30 was until I did some research on the net. I told my Kawasaki dealer today what i was wanting to do, but he said he couldn't take a deposit on it yet, because ther actual MSRP hasn't been set on the KFX700. I also called my Honda dealer about maybe buying the RC30 motor from me but he wasn't interested. instead, he gave me a number to call that is a racing customer of his. I called the guy and he offered $500.00 sight unseen for it after I read him the serial number from it. He is picking it up this weekend.

I still have the rest of the superquad for sale, but it has now lowered 500.00 in price. I am now asking $4500.00 or best offer.
Thanks,
SirClip
