Oh and Sha0w, do you like the 365 kit? If I do (uhh I am) mod the Warrior, I'm trying to figure if I want the 365 kit from Powroll, or the JE piston, cam and spring kit from Alba. Hard choice...

Yes I do LOTS the dif is night and day bro - while you have the head off get some 1mm oversized valves in that beast and a P&P. The next time I do a top end I think im going to go with the 430cc stroker kit ($600.00) X_X mmmmm... But for now I have some more stuff I want to do (DP Clutch kit w/hydraulic clutch, Billet wheel spacers, & extended swingarm) to get the future stroker kit power to the ground. How are those front wheel spacers!?

*I will never sell my warrior >_<

LOL easy there...10-18HP for a port and polish!?

Yes there is a huge range and depending on how good the guy is doing it and the bike itself and how mild of a job he does depending on what the bike is for (race, trail, etc..) huge numbers can be noticed. Some places don’t know wtf they are doing and they just scuff the crap and say its done; but other people really know what the hell they are talking about and use some real expensive machines to measure and check flow, ionization, as well as cutting and seating oversized valves. I forgot some of the machines this guy uses but one of the cutter discs floats on a stream of air I was told its like a 70,000$ machine. The guy I went to I’m pretty good friends with and he spends hours on the head he’s a good man (no flagrant homosexuality intended w/ that last comment).

I just have the $49.99 UM wheel spacers that include longer wheel studs from Rocky, then flipped the front and rear OEM rims and it handles awesome. I can take nearly flat 90* turns at mid throttle in 5th gear... that's what's putting me ahead right now. I'm definitely happy with it. $50... do it!

That doesnt rail your stock axle? Id think it would effect its strength (tendancy to bend while landing a jump or something)?

Hasn't yet, but I figure if I'm hitting jumps big enough to bend my axle, it'll end up bending either way. If it does, I'll upgrade, until then the difference in handling is well worth it. It's pretty much just like getting reversed offset aftermarket wheels... without spending any money. Now, when I need new tires again, I'll upgrade to a taller size rim to have a lower profile tire, but this is cool for now. Rides smooth.

I didnt give up on my 4 stroke motor because it didnt have more hp hiding in it. I gave up on it because it kept popping which gets very expensive very fast. Thats what happens when you mod a motor to the hilt . So I put a motor in it at will be really fast when just moderately modified. Was it a cheap thing to do? probably about as cheap as it would have costed to modify a stock warrior motor to the hilt with some very nice porting. A lot more man hours on my part though and a bit finikcy. But atleast I dont have to worry about a weekend of riding costing me 500 bucks in parts.

it was a 355 with a .450 cam degreed in cam, ported, lectron flatslide carb, etc... It poped because something in the bottom end started making chunks of metal that tore up the oil pump, then the cam gets scratched up and the rocker arms sieze. On a side note, the stock carb had way more bottom end and snap than the lectron, but didnt pull as good on top end. Of course my motor was a few years old and might of had it coming anways, but it did seem to coordianate with my modding it.
