I was riding the river yesterday. Nothing to deep, like up the lugs was the deepest!!

But after about 2 miles down the river. If I used the rear brake I got a sound the sounded like a gear grind!! Sounded bad, but My buddies bike which is a week older then mine was doing the same thing. Is that the sound a rear wet brake will make or is my gear selecter out of ajustment??

It really dont make since why my brake would make a gear grinding noise. Its loud and doesn't sound GOOD!!

Any suggestions??

It's probably dirt/sand in there from the river bed!

DollarBillz, Is this something I should take to the dealer for them to look at??

I do not want this to be a problem that will break and be stuck in the river sometime!!!
