what do do to my blaster
#1
i am setting up my blaster for cross country and motocross racing, so far i put ac racing nerfs, itp blackwaters out back, pro design teather switch, oil block off kit, fmf power core2 silencer, twin air air filter. removed lights, cut the front fenders, getting stock shocks revalved to my weight. what else should i do to it before i race? i was thinking of pure sport bandit tires up front. what is a good cheap pipe to put on and what type of motor work should i do?

i guess you could put fmf pipes to match your silencer that will be a pretty good setup
toomeys have a little more top end but if you want to save money just get a fmf pipe
depending on what your tire size is you could change the gearing
your could also do sum porting
duncan racing and lots of other companies to porting for blasters you could also check out trenga racing they specialize in blasters. You also may want to check out any local porting guys. ct just came out with a new 240kit that they claim has 40hp so thats another option. for racing you might want to consider new disk brakes (trenga has brake kits)
and when you race half of it is the racer so the best mod just may be practice
good luck with your racing

If you are racing CC go with the 22 in holeshots, MX 20 in. Also I would put a 14 tooth front spocket on, reed spacer and better reeds. A good pipe to go with and is reasonable is either FMF or the Pro circuit. A good port job wouldn't hurt either.
