How to get Raptor motor Bolts off??
#42
I don't think I would use loctite on th bolts in the head. There is something about aluminum that makes the bolts want to "gauld" up anyway.
On the gasket I would use, if you can find it, 515 Loctite. I have used this stuff everywhere on my old warrior. It is a liquid gasket that doesn't harden or get rubbery. I used it on the clutch cover and the timing chain tensionizer so I don't think heat would be a problem. The stuff works great. It does bead up around where you put the 2 parts together at but wipes off easily.
