the single biggest thing holding the blaster back is the exhaust, just like the raptor.
but a pipie kit [ i am partial to toomey] it comes with new jets, air filter, silencer, all that stuff, and you
will not believe the diff! then go with the reed spacer, reeds, etc.
i did red spacer, reeds, airbox lid, all that before the pipe, and the improv was so-so.
helping more stuff go in does no good unless you also help it get back out!
and tires, esp rears, help a lot too! those stockers are scary!
dont spend money on a carb just yet....thats way down the road.

have fun, and spend the mon.

Last big article I read about souping up a blaster said that the intake belonged more on a 80cc dirt bike... Personally If I had one the very first thing after a pipe would be some serious porting and a bigger carb (the two compliment each other), along with a higher compression piston.

Since my blaster decided to swallow some water last week and blew up , I had to go .030 over and put a piston in.

That, along with my Pipe/Silencer reeds, jet kit, filter made my bike absolutley scream! 4th,5th,6th gears pulls like an animal, completley different bike!

BTW you can find a "cool head" design cylinder head for the blaster, a kid I know has one and has a liquid cooled Blaster.
