yeah along with hd i have seen a cool head on a blaster. they make a dirt bike overseas that has the same motor as a blaster except it has a cool head on it. cant remeber what it is called. if u can score one of those it can be converted. i know the one guy that has one got his off of ebay for like 90 bucks. he said it works awsome. changes the compression alot. he used a radiator of a banshee or quadzilla 500 i think and he said hte hardest part of the whole thing was mounting that thing somwhere.

hey "spikes" same thing happened to me, even after i drilled all those darned holes, etc etc....
i was getting ready to jet down , and popped the lid off. different quad! amazing!
the midrange came back, instead of a burble and then the high end rush. smooth now.

Does anyone have any pics of this head, bike, and/or set up? Also has anyone tried the cheap water cooled head that is listed on Ebay and starts out for around $15. I have not seen it for a while now.

Rick (Mac Dizzy) has a ton of pics and step by step on a Blaster project, including the base plate spacer, head re-chambering, porting.
you are not likely going to find a better artical.
