Default Warrior Trans?????????

My girlfriend has an 01 warrior. Ive installed a 11:1 piston, 440 web cam,Dyno jet kit,K&N filter and a Big Gun race series exhaust. this thing really rips (for a warrior) This weekend while at sand mountain it started poping out of 2nd gear while pulling hard up the mountain. Ive narrowed it down to if a 200lb person rides it. It will pop out of gear every time but with her on it 105lb it won't pop out of gear. any Ideas? I thought about a new kind of oil (maybe?) but im running Yamalube now. Any help would be great!

A worn out clutch maybe? don`t know just trying to give you a place to start cause i`ve never heard of a warrior having any tranny problems especially an 01

I had alot of problems like this on hill climbs with my warrior. I am over 200 and it would do it allmost every time. I had alot of slack in my shifter and found I must not have been getting a positive shift. I replaced the shifter with a newer one and I havent had any problems since. Neutral is between 1st and 2nd by just a half click.

If you dont have any slack in the shifter linkage try adjusting the shifter down so the up shift is less movement.

Its the clutch im sure, mine does it too but only when its hot. Im convinced its my oil, but it could be just worn out. Anyone know of a good anti clutch slippin oil?

I thought that same thing until I rode it. It will actually blow the tranny into nutral w/ the clutch pulled in until the RPM slows down. then it slams into first.
