Buy it, it would be cool seeing a quad doing a wheele across the deck of an aircraft carier!!!!

Hell if i know, thats our dmv's brilliant idea, they think know beter then the rest of the world how to make atv's safe, so they came up with that in late 80's. at first we also had to have a front roll bar, but then the menufacturers started protesting and thretening that the would withdrow from the country, so they canseld that
