If they are the same as my Oakley and my Scotts you just push the old lenses out and put the new in. There are little notches in the lens that line up with the tabs in the googles.
I had the hologram lenses in my Oakley at first and ended up throwing them in the trash. They are TERRIBLE for night rides or anywhere that is shady. I also got alot of glare with them.

I also sent an email to Progrip, regarding the lenses bubbling, over the weekend. This morning they had already sent me an email saying that they are sending me new lenses. I guess you can't complain about a company that stands behind their products! Given their quick response, I would have to go ahead and recommend the goggles to anyone who asks.
