okay, so i'm puttin' a degree key on my blaster, but I need a flywheel puller. I've got one for a banshee, and i think it's supposed to work. does anybody know? I think they're supposed to be a universial Yamaha type thing, but I don't know. thanks in advance!

BTW no need to spend $$$ on a key
there is chaeper/better ways to advance the timing as much or as little as you want. (adjustable)

 

That puller works for quite a few quads... Not sure but darn near all of the 2 stroke quads made.

Yes, you can slot the mount for the pick-up like hardlydangerous aluded to but you really have no idea what your actual advance is. The Key is a pain in the but but it is a known quantity. Make sure you torque the flywheel down to spec when you're done or you'll sheer the key.

 

thanks, do you know what the tourque specs are for it?I don't want to slot it because i don't want to have to run race gas, so i'm using the key.

The flywheel pull should definitly work i dont see why it wouldnt,tell me how you like the key!
