This is to answer your question in the locked thread Ward660R. Yes you have a little headstart before hitting the whoops. You can see this in these videos. You may have seent hem before.

Thanks, I had forgotten about the videos from last year. Thats a good thing, if I can get a little start before hitting them I think I'll be OK.

A few things to remember....14mins, the Gilbert Posse, and KingRaptor were at Glamis on the biggest weekend of the year which means the whoops were the biggest of the year. Last years video shows much smaller whoops. There is this thing at Glamis called WIND that could make it smooth sailing come next January 19th !! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Thats funny we get that stuff here sometimes too.LOL

I heard 14 say he went down on the 11th one, ouch gotta hurt. Maybe it will be smooth but if not it will still be fun.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

ward- Olds hill is 10 times steeper than it looks in the video.

Did you get over to China Wall?? That hill scared me the first time I crested the top and went down it! you can't leave tire tracks because the sand just keeps falling it is so steep.

Blueleader- I went up china wall. stayed on top for 5 minutes. I was scared to come back down. Excited and nervous at the same time. lol what a rush

Blue we took him to china wall,lizard slide,brawley slide,the doubles, the big bowls behind olds,duned at night from olds to comp (wed), there isnt much we dint show him, even busted out the 2stroke blender on his **** and he kept coming back for more!!
