Yes, it's a 9/16" o-ring. About 30 cents at the local hardware store. I can't believe people ride around with those rattling like that - drives me nuts. A little grease and a new o-ring every 6 months toa year and you're good to go.

What I hate more than rattling is the fact that half the time my kickstart lever sticks inward and it takes a big hammer to get it to work again. Both banshees do this.

Hey, I did have my kick starter fall off once, but luckily I had a bungee cord wrapped around it, so i didnt lose it. And that new O-ring lasted about 1 trip before it started to rattle again. the Riders know that with heavy use, the banshee kick starter will rattle. All you guys that dont have a rattle, arent riders... Pretendas is more like it. So, whos kick starter rattles?

i actually wrap a large rubber band around mine! there's a hook (well, it acts like one) right near the kickstarter... i just rubberband it so it won't move!
