the place i got my quad for has great prices. i got my 03 LE raptor for 5999, didnt have to pay tax either(out of state) and it is registered. they are now selling the LE's for a little more, but they are selling their regular raptors(blue, black&red) for like 5500 until the end of january. the place is www.lakehillmotors.com , i drove 8 hrs from kentucky to mississippi to pick up my raptor, and 8-10 hrs on the way back... it was well worth it, i saved like 1200 over buying from my local dealer. but you should check their website out, they may ship it to you im not sure, email kirk wigginton, that was my saleperson, i emailed the others and they took a long time to reply, but he replied and answered all my questions promptly and when i called their dealership he went out of his way to help me.

Well, test drove a ds650, a kfx400, and a raptor. Would have bought the raptor but yamaha credit denied my application. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] Guess I'll have to save and put a down payment or something.

i agree, i wish i hadn't bought the yamaha extended warranty. i don't think i will have any problems out of the 03, and from the way some people talk it doesn't cover much. i wish i would have just saved the money i spent on it and just put it towards insurance.
