SO< Wilson, you should be thoroughly confused by now.....did ya duck that flame? hehe
I have a rap and a blaster, and refuse to grow up. one son has a rap and a warrior. other one has a rap and a 300ex.
needless to say we have a lot of fun, and in my experience, the females tend towrd the electric start and reverse, and ride the ring-ding but not too often, even though it is a lot lighter.
the blast [mine anyway] will take the warrior and neck and neck the 300ex. but thats mine, this is not a general statement. Now, if someone would just make a yamaha 300ex, with a simple elec start and easy reverse, and light too, theyd sell a ton.
Actually, i was hoping the new 450 coming out this summer would be named Warrior. I even wrote a letter to yamaha about it...

So everyone is loyal of course to what they have spent their hard earned money on and thats good, since they can tell you the ups and downs. No one wants to be told that their pride and joy is junk, its just a deliberate attempt to start a flame. I will only tell you about what I know, and wont slam what you have since it's prob exactly what you wanted.

Anyway, do some riding, check things out, shop around, surf around, and go for it! Hope you enjoy your choice! ;p

It all depends on what type of riding she does? If she likes fast and easy to handle and jump i would say blaster. Warrior if she want more lad back

Thank you ALL for the grate feedback my girlfriend and I have a little simpler choice. But now it's eather a 400ex 99' or keep the Warrior. By the way she is 5'7 and 135# the bike will be ridden in the sand @ horse falls in Oregon, and some woods.

P.S. thank you again!!

see i figured it would end up like that either get a good deal on a 400ex or fork out a little more money for a z400 with reverse and liquid cooling with a bit more power
