How to....

very easy. you will only need a few basic tools. First of all, remove the axel from the quad. Next place it in a vice. After you have done that grab a hammer and bash the sh*t out of it untill it is a circle. Then you can go inside and order a new one. Thats the best way to straiten an axel I know. All you need is some basic tools including: vice, hammer, socket set or T bar, Credit card, Phone or computer with a connection to the internet.

CTATV, that's good!
Depends on where it is bent. Yamahas are bad about bending at the thin spot right before the hub. If it is bent here, you can put it in a vice and straighten it. If you think it is close to being straight, lay it on the ground and roll it to see if it is straight. If it is bent in the center, like my banshee's, it is hopeless.

I have straightened the ends of axles using chains in the floor of my buddies garage (for auto frame straightening)
I chained the quad to the floor over the axle near the bend and used a floor jack to press up on the axle, takes a little patience and a few tries but if its not bent bad and on the end of the axle I would try it.
