Did you get a parts list when you picked up your quad? Have you matched up part #s at say Albaaction.com or Raptortranny.com to see if they put 02 gears in? I feel your pain for sure. To have it break 1 time is bad enough. If they were 02 gears and they were installed properly, there is going to be a very uneasy feeling sweeping through this forum and others, imo.

 

No I did not get a detailed parts list, but I realize I should have. I will go in bright and early Tuesday morning and politely ask for one, then go straight to the owners desk and ask him to take the thing for a ride and when he gets back, ask him if he thinks it runs ok. My anger level may be determined by his answer, if he says "nothing" I am gonna get mad, but I will try to stay level headed.............

 

Was this a warrenty repair? Did you pay for parts or Labor if it was? If it were a warrenty repair and you paid nothing, I'd bet you have 01 gears again. If it was a warrenty repair and you paid for parts, and asked for 02 gears you should have 02 gears. If you paid for this whole deal out of pocket, out of warrenty and ordered 02 gears, there better be 02 gears in there for sure.

I would call the owner of the store and damand! a rebiuld IMMEDIATLY! Not next week, not after the 3 other Rappy's he's probably got in their for the same reason, BUT NOW!! If you go in thier "asking" they will probably give you a bunch of BULLSH!T run around stuff. I would go in thier pissed! I am sure for you it won't be hard at this point. Agian, sorry to here this.
