Come on guys,in that pic of the quad from behind look at the radiator overflow. it is definatly liquid cooled

thanx, Well it seems we have figured it is fourstroke liquid cooled, and has a sport chassis. Now all we have to do is wait for the next issue of dirtwheels and see it in a showroom and get all the specs and MOST IMPORTANTLY HOW MUCH IT COSTS!!!!!!!!! I am in the process of selling my project KXF 250 mojave quad so i can get one of these new Yamaha's.

Based on the fact that it really looks like the 660cc engine is the one, I have compiled some info and stuck it on my page.

I now have HP specs, compression ratio, transmission type, details on engine configuration, and even a sound file!! Enjoy!

Hmm. Thanx for the specs. Not as much power as I'd hoped for. That 7K redline looks a little low, and the rear wheel power is less than a DS650. Let's hope Yamaha juiced it up a bit for their Quad compared to the MZ.
