Default Drilled rotors, anodized parts, painting, polishing

A few questions for you guys.

Does anyone know where I can get my rotors drilled with holes? I'm looking for something that looks different for my bike.

Who does anodized parts, how's it done, and could you do it yourself?

If you guys painted your frame instead of powdercoating it, how many coats of paint, and did you use a clear coat at the end? How about using spray cans, or is that a big no no? I'm not trying to get fancy changing colors here, just a nice black and maybe red or orange for the a-arms.

For polishing aluminum that hasn't been polished before (LT500 swingarm) how do you take off the oxidized layer so you can polish it without spending weeks worth of time? And for the engine, should I sandblast the paint off, or ?

Thanks!

Wow! I was looking at anodizing as a way of getting around polishing everything, but I guess you will need to polish the parts first. Forget that. So how about rotors, paint, and polishing?

Thanks
