Default Shift Fork

I just got my Raptor put back together when I go i 1st it makes a clicking noise like its in between gears or some thing. I replaced all the gears in the tranny the only thing I did not replace was shift fork 1. Some of the lists I have seen for the parts to upgrade trans do not say you need this, but my fork is a little dinged up and I was wondering if this could be my problem? Any help would be very appreciated Thanks

Default Shift Fork

once the shift fork engages a gear it is engaged.
does it make the noise before, during, or after shifting?

Default Shift Fork

I think it makes a little noise when in nuetral,, it definetly makes noise when in gear and it doesn't shift the smoothest. this is the second time I've had it a part for the same problem, the only thing I can think of now is that shift fork 1 is slihgtly bent
