Mods for BLASTER
#2
jet the carb to the new pipe . Also remove the air box lib and jet properly.
Try changing the front countershaft sprocket up one more tooth for more top end and gain about 6-8 mph top speed. You will loose a little bottom end but the top will be great. you will notice a big difference in speed and if you trail ride in 4-6 gear it will benfit you alot overall

after you have figured out the jetting for the new pipe and silencer and open air box, have the head shaped. not shaved, shaped. just shaving material off the head to raise the compression is not the same thing, although it will gain you a little power. have a good hop up shop rework the head. they may shave it down, but they will also reshape the combustion chamber, man what a difference this makes. if you thought the pipe and silencer made a big difference, wait till you try this. it will cost a lot less than that new pipe. mine cost $75.
