I got the Turbine core II silencer and the fatty pipe, I was wondering what else i could do thats on the inexspenive side to increase the performance of my quad! Thank you!

jet the carb to the new pipe . Also remove the air box lib and jet properly.
Try changing the front countershaft sprocket up one more tooth for more top end and gain about 6-8 mph top speed. You will loose a little bottom end but the top will be great. you will notice a big difference in speed and if you trail ride in 4-6 gear it will benfit you alot overall

CAN I ALSO RECOMEND FMF RAM VALVE AND K&N FILTER WITH OUTERWARES, AND MAYBE PORT THE CYLENDER..

I had a 98 blaster that was ported,polished,rad valve,DG silencer,airbox mods, and it ran great it would smoke my dads 300ex in a drag race a it also =beat my neighbors stock y2k blaster in a drag race up a slight hill drag.



86 TRX250r wiseco +.020 piston,boyeson reeds,FMF gold series fatty rev pipe,power core 2 silencer,motion pro twist throttle,uni filter, nac's casesaver,20/11/9 razr's on ITP .190 wheels,ITP 18/11/8 holeshot mx's on mitchell red labels,future mods include 21/7/10 ITP holeshots on douglas red labels,DG nerfs,DG front bumper. u can practice and practice and practice and u still can't beat ME

after you have figured out the jetting for the new pipe and silencer and open air box, have the head shaped. not shaved, shaped. just shaving material off the head to raise the compression is not the same thing, although it will gain you a little power. have a good hop up shop rework the head. they may shave it down, but they will also reshape the combustion chamber, man what a difference this makes. if you thought the pipe and silencer made a big difference, wait till you try this. it will cost a lot less than that new pipe. mine cost $75.
