This black box, when unplugged, allows my shee to crank. I believe that it controls my RPM'S. What is this box called?

No, the Throttle Override has already been disconnected. This box regulates the RPM'S so when the engine is at full throttle it will not blow up (I believe).

Badshee98 told youy what it was and you say "No it's not that". Yes, it is that!!! It's the TORS control unit.

There is no rev limiter on a Banshee.
