Default Warrior Problems?

The problem with the airbox is its a little easy to get the filter in there wrong. I always put grease around the base of the filter to stop any leaks and I never had a accident and put it in there wrong. Proflow kit fixes that problem though and adds some power, good thing to add when you buy a pipe.

I didn't trade it on the Recon. I had them both at the same time and then put them both up for sale at the same time. The Warrior sold first. Then I decided to keep the Recon for a little while until new models come out. Now I'm just waiting to see if Honda is coming out with a new quad, the Z400 has any other problems or maybe Yamaha might come out with something new. Either I'm going to get a 4x4 400 and sell the Recon or keep the Recon for tight woods riding and buy a 400 sport quad. I can't decide. I liked having something geared lower and also something that drove a little faster. It's fun to have a couple of toys.

I've got a '00 Warrior and ride it hard, never had a problem. The stock back rims are deeeep and you can spin them around and gain a few inches of width. I was concerned that the stock axle would bend after spinng the rims around because we get around 8' of nifty air on a couple of 35' doubles on a private track. So far, no problems. You can get used moded warriors for $3,100 in Dallas.
