Rider ability
Dyno numbers are for old men sitting around a camp fire drinking beer

other than that have you messed with air pressures and susp settings
all the power is useless unless you apply it somewhere
whats your main jet at?-mine was a little small for glamis and I was giving up some upper end
go back to a 13t in front=your bike should pull stock gearing like a **** with your mods
What s/a system do you have on the alien? If its the old disc style toss iut and get the new screen style
PM me with your set-up and we'll get you set up so you can leave late and pass them on the hill

I would think going to a 13 on the front would be the way to go. With all those mods a 12 is not needed and a smaller front sprocket robs a little power.

The 39 tooth is way small, that kinda set up for fast top speed in racing condition. I would bump up to 41 and put 13 on it then you would have more top speed for the hill. you should be fine.

my friend has a raptor like yours and he runs a 44 rear and we run almost dead even, that is with the same engine mods on my ds, another friend runs the 12-41, and it works great. then there is the problem us ds guys deal with it is called weight, if you are a larger rider it is hard to pull smaller riders. but i would say your main problem is the rear sprocket. try the 41 then go from there, i was suprised to see how cheap the sprockets are for the raptor, i would like that to figure out the gearing. ds sprockets come in at 50 for a cheap rear. and it is like 30 for a front, well good luck. if the gears don't work try nos
