My friend has a new 2003 blaster. He is having trouble with it kisckstarting. He has 4 hours on it, i think he may be fowling a plug but i do not know for sure.I've tried to kickstart it and eventually it will start after a few dozen kicks.Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Even though the Blaster comes with oil injection, the dealer adds pre-mix oil to the first tank of gas when they set it up for you. For some stupid reason, they think this will assist in a smooth "break-in."
What you are experiencing is prefectly normal for a new Blaster.
I recommend you add some fresh fuel to your tank of gas.
Change the plug.
Try this several times until you get the majority of the pre-mix oil out of the tank. Then, the oil injector will take over and everything will be fine.
