How about this!!! Some dudes run outta shut down area at the sand drags in Safford, AZ(Four stroke wars take note) They build high horspower banshees, then run with no front brakes. Suck to see a $20,000 drag quad in the bushes at the end of the track. Keep your front brakes on!!!

Me and my g'f were rideing down the road with alot of other people. Well a hornet flew into my jacket and i took my right hand off the throttle and pulled the right side of my jacket out to the side so the hornet would fly out... Well before i knew what happend we were both in the ditch. It flipped once and landed on my leg. I had a bit of road rash on my bum and my leg.. She came out perfect except for a whole in her jeans.

oh yeah i forgot.. I use to ride a scrambler 500... Well me and my g'f was out rideing again.. this time she wasn't on the quad with me. I was ramping this perfect hill that was about 7 or 8 feet tall. Had made several passes on this hill. All hard landings of course. The last time i guess i pushed the o'l scrambler too far... It bottomed BAADD and bounced me up in the air.. When i came back down my foot went under the rear tire, needless to say it SUCKED me off and left me in the dirt... Iron ore to be exact. Four wheeler rolled off perfect. I had real nice road rash.. Still have the scar on my arm. Turned it over on its side 2 or 3 times before that.

Then way before that, not really an atv accident. But i was on a 400 2x4 polaris. Was off in the woods exploring and come up on a bucket with a hole in the bottom of it, it was hanging from a tree with a rope. I thought it was a deer feeder so i pulled up beside it and shacked the crap out of it to see if there was any corn in it... Was no corn.. Was just hundreds of WASPS!!! I tried to put it in reverse?? real quick and it didn't go.. engine revved too the moon!!! after it ideld back down i slammed it into gear and hauled ***. I was stung over 20 times above my shoulders... 3 times on one of my eye lids.. It is no fun pulling wasps off your face. Trust me...

That was basically the end of the stock bars though.

The westside thing was kinda a personal joke between my brother(the one with the vid camera) and myself.
Based on but not entirely indicative of the "WEST SIDE!" chant of 90's gangster rap.

Well lets see, a friend called me up she goes to school in Arkansas and was in town so we decided to go over to her cousin's place to ride the quad around. Well it was a side yard, much smaller than I had anticipated and it sloped down to a street on one side and then a line of pine trees on another, at the top of the yard was the drive. Well we ride some doubles around its all good and lots of fun, she goes to talk to her cousin leaving me with the quad. Yeah I wanted to crank it up a bit, well did a few laps around the yard and then started down the hill, I saw the fire hydrant and I tried to go left of it but there just so happened to be about 3 inches of snow on the ground, no traction, no turning and that hydrant was coming up fast. Needless to say I plowed into it with the right front tire bending rim, hub, and frame, but it then proceeded around and caught the rear plastic removing a nice sized piece only to then put a hole in the rear right tire and bend the rear axle. Meanwhile I was flying gracefully through the air while doing a midair summersault only to land half in the street and half in the grass. I was wearing a helmet and thankfully was ok, of course the bike wasn't but it was still running so I drove it back up the hill and parked it on the trailer. The worse part was telling the whole thing to mom, oh well you live and learn.

I watched an uncle of mine once, trying to load a dune buggy onto a T trailer and he got ticked because it would not climb up it so he backed up and floored it. He jumped the trailer and drove right into the bed of his truck smashed the crap out of it.

the stupidest accident i have ever had was when i was riding my kodiak in the middle of winter right after a good snow. i was doing donuts in the road where there was snow and i went to far over and hit a patch of cement. it rolled two times breaking the brake levers both off, and bending the handle bars bad.

Default Stupid atv accidents??

About 4 months ago my husband came home from a bad day at work and decided he was going to go ride the quads, I was 6 months pregnant and it was to darn cold for me so I sat it out. About 20 mins later I looked out the back window to check if he was still out there and saw headlights in the drainage ditch behind our house (about 5 foot deep and 6 feet wide). He was down in the ditch trying to ride straight up the side (why I don't know) I watched the lights come up go back down and come back up about a dozen times.....finally he must have gotten ticked cuz he slammed on the gas (this was the shee mind you). The quad came up out and over on top of him and then rolled back down into the ditch. He was fine but the bars got bent on the shee and needless to say he had one crabby wife when I had to waddel out there in 6 inches of snow to see if he was alive. UGH! What is with men and machines... I would found anouther way out!
