Default Raptor Intakes, Problem fixed!!!!!!

I had mine pop off a couple of times until i saw the fix on the forums, upped the idle and had no problems since.Just put a couple hours on the (02)new gears, piston, rod today, really pulls hard even in fifth.Didn't get over 3/4 throttle toward the end of the ride, gonna put some more time on it tomorrow.Sure is good to be able to ride it again after 3 1/2 months.Later,Marvin

Default Raptor Intakes, Problem fixed!!!!!!

Mine carbs weren't blowing off, the bottoms were sliding out of the intake boots after hard impact landings. As far forward I pushed them, they would continue to work their way back out. Tansaafl, mine do not look any different because they are black, and I got them from Magic racing for $89. Direct from UPP was backordered for 3-4 weeks.
Raptor660RNH, I ride all over MA, but mostly central and western MA. My rec riding has subsided for the most part and now I race MX almost exclusively, I do have a 250X I take out occasionally and hit the trails. We raced yesterday at Southwick which is almost about ten minutes away from my new residence. We go up to NH and hit Jolly Rodgers a couple of times a year, and we've got two races scheduled at Rochester right now, which from what I hear doesn't even have a track yet. Where do you live?
