i have a 2002 kodiak 400 and ever cince i baught it (brand new) when i reverse at about 10 mph the engine wonts to die or like reving realy low . i dont like this because you cant rev high in revese when you get stuck.

Yes this is normal it has a rev. limiter on it while your in reverse

 

can you take the rev. limiter off

 

I'm sure you can but I don't know how. Someone should be able to tell you how.
