The leaking out of the tubes could be that the float is stuck or something like that. Mine did that and I just took the carb off and cleaned it, and it worked just fine.

Could I just bring it in to the dealer and make them fix it? I mean would it be covered by the 6 month warrany. Also any instructions on removing the carb?

you could take it to the dealership sure, but you arent always gonna have that warranty, and im pretty sure that you arent gonna wanna pay their prices for basic stuff like that.
To take the carb off, you first turn off the gas, and run it until it dies, so that the carb is empty. You then unscrew the two bands on either side of it. Next unhook, on the left, the fuel line, and on the right, a very thin black tube, the oil injection tube. there are a couple orange lines coming out the bottom, dont worry about them, they stay on. Next, unscrew the little side clip that unscrew the top of the carb. Be careful not to loose any pieces out of it. The carb shoudl then be free.
Turn it over, and there should be four little screws. Unscrew these, and take that cover off. look to see if there is any sediment, or anything blocking the floats.
Hope this helps
Josh

Thanks a bunch Josh...your a life saver. BTW I was only gonna bring it to the dealer if the warranty would cover it. BTW I went back out after about a gallon of fuel leaked out. Started it right up and it ran almost perfectly....hesitated once.
