You say the machine is new? take it back to the dealer if it is? Let them fix it.
If the fuel is old, might be something to check.
You have the slides in the correct carbs right? correct float bowls on right? The bowl with the brass tube goes on the carb with the choke.
You said it has a timing plate, maybe someone put it in wrong, or messed something up with it, worth checking out.
Otherwise, you have me stumped also. Might ask over at the banshee hq site, maybe someone had the same problem.

brand new but bought used a a guy rich fellow who bought it modded it and didnt even break it in.
ok here is the latest, drained all the 24:1. put 32:1 in feels like it has more power in the range where it doesnt bog, but the bog is still in the same spot.
1/3 to 1/2 and up is all bog and i never would hold it in the bog to long, but just now just to see, i held it there and after the bog, it seems to become a miss, or detotation or sputttering kind of backfire. pulled the plugs, nice brown tan color, one is always the slightest bit lighter, but they are far from rich and definately not specked or white.
would the carbs be out of sync cause this?
its gotta be something so dumb.
some please help me!!!!!!!!! ACK!
who ever figures it out get a 6 pack!
thanx

its all back together, everyone on here says its jetted properly, plugs look good. its sill has the loss of power 1/2 throttle and up.
i checked everything over and over again, only thing left is timing, can that be it?
after that i am stumped, because i know it aint the chain wax, or the color of the air in the tires.
some who lives near me come fix and I'll hook you up with a hot girl (dead serious). heh

Check your reeds for a cracked or missing piece. Check the carbs for plugged up jets. Make sure the tube between the carbs is connected. Check the vent hose on the gas tank for kinks or obstructions. Swap the plug wires from one side to the other. Tighten the parking brake on the rear of the quad. I'd have to see/hear it in person to know whats really going on.
