Default Power problem.

I am not sure what I want to do and what will work. If I ever go to sell my quad, I want it to be legal and that requires the arrestor to be in. I am getting a K&N filter and taking the lid off and snorkel. I got the DynoJet kit and it says only to take out the snorkel flaps but does it matter? I want to keep my stock exhaust and get the most out of it with the lid off or snorkel flaps cuts. Basically I am asking whats the best set up I should do with the stuff I already have without spending more money. I was thinking about punching that baffle out all the way down in so I get more airflow but that would make the back pressure wierd because then you have alot of fumes coming through a big opening and then hitting the arrestor and small baffle opening. Tell me what you think.

I would return the DJ kit and get the gytr kit.Remove the lid and leave your exhaust alone and try it before you hack it up.

The Gyt-r has only 2 jets in it. .....Anyway I took it apart and put 142/144 jets in it. I am probaly going to keep the airbox lid on. I already cut the snorkel flaps. Then I have my K&N filter with outerwear installed. The thing that sucks most is that while putting it together I totalled the choke cable screw which is nylon, the one that screws right into the carb and the spring and cable go through it. So now I cant ride it for awhile
