Well, i know in the past i have said blasters were kids quads and all, but now i have one and i love it!

I got it for 1,500(my Trailblazer and he gave me 600)

It runs great! But one of the front rims is bent and causes one hell of a wobble when really getting on it.

I took it for a nice ride. Did some hill climbing down a small trail.

I noticed it shut off on me a few times, i just figured i had stalled since i'm still getting back into the clutch. But when i got home, my key wouldn't shut it off. What is wrong? Is there a place where the wires commonly break or come off.

Other than that. I love it! I can't wait to start putting on mods. Aluminum wheels, turf tamers and bandits, New Reeds, Plastic, Bars, New Carb, and i have lots more in mind!

Check around the steering head. The constant movment can cause wires to wear throu in ths area.

One wire is unplugged. A Black and white one. I just can't find where it goes to! I have looked all over the place and i can't find another one that is cut.

Where does it go to? Any ideas?

Does anyone out there have a wire diagram online?

I am also ride a Blaster and absolutely love it. One tip, ditch the DG pipe and grab an FMF. You will notice quite an improvement. My Blaster also came with a DG, but I now run FMF. I just finished a complete buildup on an MX Blaster and it is actually very competitive, and I am no little guy, about 6' and 215. The Blaster really is a great bike and is a true joy to air out. Just not quite as thrilling as the old ATC250R!!

You can shut it off with the on, off switch on the left side off the handle bars. The black and white wire sounds like it goes to the TORS system.

that one doesn't work either.

When i get some time. The headlight, Key switch, and left side control panel is all coming off. And i am going to get some sort of kill switch.

The wiring looks like some wanna-be electrian got a hold of it and started riping out wires. I'll just set up my own custom switch.
