It sounds like the tors to me, also see how your throttle cable is , if it is bent or lose anywhere that will happen, also check the idle screw on the top of the carb turn it counter clock wise all the way then a full turn clock wise then try starting it and ajust from there, if that doesnt work go back and check the cable wire and make sure it is tight in all place's, if that doesnt work take the carb off and clean it very well, even the slightest dirt will hold it from starting on a blaster and then take the bottom screws off where you will find the floats and clean them with carb cleaner you should do this onece every 4 to six months anyway. hope this helps you !!!

 

mine wouldn't stop pouring out the tube either. cleaned and still did it. the only way i could get it to stop was hit it with a hammer or pipe. got sick of it happening so i got a new carb.

 

Try cleaning the Spark plug... may sound stupid but mine has done that about 100 times. u probably are riding with the choke out and flooding your spark plug with oil. clean your spark plug with fine sand paper and a torch if that doesnt work i dunno what to tell you.

 

i now got it started now i need to adjust the screw it runs like crap......so maybe it will stay running :-)
