Default Parking Brake Block Off Problem

On My Warrior I removed the parking brake crap and put on an ac block off on the rear caliper the problem is It keeps leaking brake fluid I have tried many rtv type gasket reapariers and I have made gaskets. The stock gasket has to big of center whole to use it. Any help would be great cause I am getting sick of redoing it over and over.. So Thanks In advance.........

It sounds like you need to rebuild the caliper, fluid is leaking past the seals on the piston.
It has nothing to do with the parking brake block off unless dirt has entered & caused the damage to the o-rings.

It's not a difficult repair, you just need to make sure there are no deep scratches in the bore.

Do they Make Rebuild Kits For it. Or do I have to order the parts individually

I've never checked on that but I'm sure your dealer or many online stores can get you what you need.

Default Parking Brake Block Off Problem

Hey,

now you've got me a little worried. my rear brake is leaking fluid around the rubber seal thing on the end of the parking brake. my plan to fix this was to order a block off plate tonight. but now i'm worried that's not going to solve my problem.

so who sells a caliper rebuild kit and how $$$ is it?

thanks,
bigmac

I looked at my parts & price list & the seal kit for a Raptor (which should be similar to a warrior) was $7.07 for the 2 o-rings. that looks to be the only thing needed unless your piston is scored.
