Re: refusing a UPS pkg:

If you're in doubt at all about the pkg contents (i.e. it's wet, crushed, makes an ugly rattling sound inside, too late etc...) just tell the driver you want to refuse it right then w/o signing for it. For BlueLeader: The driver SHOULD have given you the tracking # when you refused that pkg and even a short time after you refused and he left you should have been able to track it and see that it was refused. Whenever I deliver a pkg that is refused I always scan it, input the refusal information in the board and take it back. It's not that difficult.
