1 day i forgot to release the choke it did the exact same thing, sounds like it is sticking as well.

 

Well this is one of my dumb moments because sure enough i went outside and checked and the choke was almost half ways on!! I turned it off and it ran fine, i didnt even think about checking it, but some how it must have ratteled its way there or something because i havent even used the choke!

 

clean your air filter. maybe it got sabatoged like Ward660's by some angry chipmunks.
