i would think that a piped ported with some goodies geared up and with atleast a 20 maby 22 inch tire would go in the 60 to 65mph range. dw claimed that just the toomey pipe made it go 65mph but we got a gun on mine and it was more like 55 - 18inch tires (ice racing) with 14/38 gearing (stock is 13/40)

When I had my 94 Blaster it would out run a Stock Warrior.
It had FMF Fatty Pipe and a Power Core 2 Silencer and a K&N Air Filter and Boyesen reeds and a reed spacer and it was ported and bored 20 over and it had a set of 21x7x10 Front holeshot tires and it also had 20x11x9 holeshot rear tires.

since it would be the guys first sport quad. B1 pipe kit and 1 tooth up on front sprocket. that would have him around what he wants to be able to do.

I dunno what is with people and there top speeds. how can the same modle of machine vary from 45mph top speed to 64mph top speed stock.

thanks for the info.

well according to most people stock speed is around 50 to 55mph stock not 45.
i was ice racing so this wasn't on dirt and has 18inch tires.
Yup thats a pretty common setup b1 with a 14t. i'v heard different stories but with that you looking at somewhere in between 55 to 60mph.
