Default rear brake, wierd problem

so ive been trying to bleed my rear brake(foot pedal) on my 97 scrambler for a cpl hours now and im getting nowhere....the fluid in the res. isnt going down but im getting old squirts out when i hit the brake pedal...i just checked the front brakes and all the fluid in the front hand brake res. is gone and the lever or piston rather, wont come back out...why wont my rear master take any fluid and why would my front have drained?

If the Scrambler is like the Sportsman the front brake hand lever and res. operates the front and bake brake simultaneously.

The foot brake is only a back up brake system. That's why the rear caliper has two hydraulic lines going to it.

i get that, what i dont get is when i was bleeding just the rear(yes i was on the correct nipple) the rear res. didnt move but it somehow thru the caliper itself im thinking drained the front hand lever res.....it didnt do it the last time so im thinking the res intake on the rear master was clogged and when i got the mityvac hooked to it, it pulled the clog thru

that being said, i had to make my own rear res. lol hope everyone likes! does it need a vent? my trail boss res didnt have a vent that i could see and it didnt have the rubber like the hand brake res has....

Foot brake pedal at rest should be 1/2" or so from the bottom of the pedal to the floor board. If adjustment is needed, the adjuster screw turns counter clock wise to raise the pedal. A lot of these high dollar screws freeze up over the years and be careful and don't break it if you adjust the pedal! Plus on something this old a new set of caliper piston seals may be needed.#24 on the adjuster screw,#8-9 on the seals.Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki & Kawasaki OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse Plus they have cheap master cylinder rebuild kits, caliper seal kits along with the small rear brake master cylinder rebuild kits on ebay if needed.
