Default Don't know anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi guys, I need help please. We recently replaced the clutch cover on my friends LTZ 400 with the new aluminium one. Nothing wrong before the replacement, exept the water and oil that mixed. After replacing the cover, new oil filter, right amount of oil and the correct starup prosedure the oil just stay in the bottom end of the crank, no oil in the tappet cover and no oil return to the tank. What can be the problem????

There is a seal that fits over the end of the crankshaft, and if it would have been removed and not re-installed, or if it would have gotten torn on install, your oil pressure will be gone. Have you tried to manually prime the oil? Should need a manual hand pump and a metric fitting for that. What about the pick-up screen was it cleaned on it?
