The bike moves just enough to stall when I stop and the clutch cable is adjusted all the way out so my ? Is do I need a new clutch or is their some kind of inside adjustment. PLEASE HELP ME

If this is something that just started happening then the cable is probably stretched, it never hurts to install a new cable anyway if your is old. The clutch basket could have grooves worn in it also. If that's what it is, you could buy a new basket or just remove yours and file the grooves down.
