To much oil actually will make it run lean (less gas available) In my experience, if the plug was fouled, you are better off replacing it. Anything change since it was running good? Have you tried fresh gas?

Yes, change that plug. Too much oil could plug the exhaust. Make sure it is clear.

I would go buy and mix up a fresh gallon. Not sure on the stocker, but an aftermarket exhaust usually absorbs unburnt oil over time and can effect performance. Worth repacking if you havn't done it in a while and it is aftermarket. Actually, are you still running the oil injection?

It is just the silencer that needs repacking. Some companies are good to you and have bolts that remove, usually at the rear opening. Sometimes it is riveted though. Then you slide the internals out, wrap some new packing material and slide it back in. Tighten the bolts or rivet it back up. If you have any questions, I would call the manufacturer. Should be some decent vids up online too.

Good thought on the oil injection. Is yours still there and your mixing oil also? I removed mine as soon as I got the blaster.
